I have taken a little break from writing in here, mainly because not a lot has occurred list-wise. I started back into school with what will be the last half of my senior year. Pretty exciting? Kind of. It's annoying because I'm ready for college but I have to do get this out of the way first.
I checked out Schindler's List from the library. I haven't read past the prologue yet. I've seen the movie and I wanted to read the book since I'm in a reading about the Holocaust mood (If that makes sense).
I've been trying to remember to pray every night, but I forgot a couple times.
Today was a snow day and I basically lazed around all day. I don't think it counts as a "me day".
I worked on my cross-stitching sampler today. I stitched throughout watching Mulan, but I didn't feel like I got a lot done. I'm working on a strawberry right now. =]

I've been in that mood before.
ReplyDeleteHave you read Night yet?
Schindler's List is a book? You just blew my mind.
ReplyDeleteNight is a short read. If you're on a Holocaust kick here, may I also suggest the graphic novel "Maus?" I read it at Beloit, and it really captured me.

Yes, I had to read Night in 7th grade. I should probably read it again though, I was quite young.
ReplyDeleteSure, I will read Maus after Schindler's List. =]
